Yoga x Pilates

We love our yoga, so this class incorporates a yoga warm-up and cool-down. Once you've warmed up with a quick flow in a warm room, you'll be led through three sections of strength training that is inspired by Pilates and functional strength to give you a total workout. Section 1 focuses on larger muscle groups and legs with four strength exercises at two minutes each. Then, amp up your heart rate with two rounds of cardio. Take a yoga pose to rest for 60 seconds before repeating your second section, focusing on smaller muscle groups and third section focusing on core.  This all-levels practice is great for those in the fitness world looking to try yoga, or those that are looking to try fitness that are used to yoga.  It is a great way to add in the extra benefits of strengthening. Our Yoga x Pilates Express is a 45 minute version.

Power Flow

Vinyasa translates to "to place in a special way" which is what vinyasa or "flow" yoga embodies. This type of yoga is a standing sequence that flows together like a dance. Power is a hot class (100-105 degrees) that involves vinyasa styled movement with lots of room to play and learn about different play-poses. Our classes are always all-levels, which means anyone can practice. We provide lots of different options, so everyone feels confident in their practice. This is a great class for those looking for a high energy practice and lots of movement to sweat it out.

Wild Flow

Vinyasa translates to "to place in a special way" which is what vinyasa or "flow" yoga embodies. This type of yoga is a standing sequence that flows together like a dance. Wild Flow is a hot class (100-105 degrees) that involves vinyasa styled set-sequencing. It's the same every time you come. This all-levels practice is great for those that like to know what's coming, track progress, or enjoy a moving meditation!

Vinyasa Express

Vinyasa translates to "to place in a special way" which is what vinyasa or "flow" yoga embodies in its sequence. This type of yoga is a standing sequence that flows together like a dance. Vinyasa Express is a lightly heated class(around 85 degrees) that involves vinyasa styled movements that are mindful of the time of day (6 AM or Lunch Hour) and the energy of early mornings and afternoons. Our classes are always all-levels, which means anyone can practice. We provide lots of different options, so everyone feels confident in their practice. This is a great class for those looking for a more gentle vinyasa, between power and slow flow, or a quicker practice (45 minutes), or are looking to begin their day with yoga.

Vinyasa translates to "to place in a special way" which is what vinyasa or "flow" yoga embodies in its sequence. This type of yoga is a standing sequence that flows together like a dance. Slow Flow is a moderately heated (around 85 degrees) that involves vinyasa styled movements at a slower pace.  Slow doesn't mean it's not challenging.  There is challenge in holding postures.  Longer holds gives you time to refine your alignment.  This all-levels practice is great for those that are looking for moderate movement.

Slow Flow

If vinyasa is the "yang" of yoga, restorative and yin are on the opposite end of the spectrum. This cooling and gentle practice allows you to remain low to the ground while working the connective tissues of the body. Props allow you to customize each practice. This all-levels practice is great for those looking to stay close to the mat with deep stretches varying in intensity that allow you to focus on your breath.

Yin

Restorative

If vinyasa is the "yang" of yoga, restorative and yin are on the opposite end of the spectrum. This cooling and gentle practice allows you to find stillness and rest while gently stretching. Ample props will allow you to feel supported in each pose. This floor-based practice is calming and rejuvenating; allowing you to focus on your breath.  This all-levels practice is great for those looking to stay low to the ground with minimal movement.

A combination of both vinyasa and yin, this class melds together both worlds.  Flow at a gentle pace which then eases you into stretches with props, this is the perfect class for anyone looking to be gentle, but still get a bit of movement.
